DC Comics Website Relaunches, Reveals BEFORE WATCHMEN Art

DCComics.com has relaunched, updating the previously basic design. With individually tabbed sections for Comics, Movies, TV, Games, Characters, Videos, Collectibles, and more, the site has a modern design that looks and feels more like a full-featured website than a mere blog.

Facebook-enabled commenting is integrated into the entire site, allowing fans to link to their facebook and not require an additional login. The site also includes things like links to comicshoplocator.com and DC's own digital comics shop powered by comiXology, a character encyclopedia (with Captain Marvel now listed as Shazam! and "Watchmen" listed as a single entry that says "who is Watchmen?"), and trailers and featurettes from DC movies and videos dating back to the 70s and 80s.

To celebrate the relaunch, DC released some all-new art from the Before Watchmen series of mini-series coming soon. The art, from Lee Bermejo, artist on Rorschach, shows his take on the whole group of Minutemen.
