NEW COMICS DAY Twitterama - YOU Review!

For those who celebrate the American holiday of Thanksgiving, Happy Thanksgiving Eve! For those who don't — Happy New Comic Book Day! (For those who live in a country where today isn't New Comic Book Day, um, Happy Wednesday? If it's still Wednesday where you are?) Previews of this week's comics and beyond are here.

If you've ever wanted to see J. Caleb Mozzocco draw Grimlock (you know you did), today's your lucky day! That's exactly what he did for this week's ‘Twas the Night Before Wednesday…, along with his take on new releases including DC's Boy Commandos collection and Amazing Spider-Man #649.

Ultimate Spider-Man #150 hits this week, and, yes, Brian Michael Bendis has written every one of those issues. The title's returning to its original numbering, and the issue also marks, roughly, the 10-year anniversary of the Ultimate Universe. Marvel's also got the second issue of the top-selling Uncanny X-Force.

DC keeps their Batman momentum going with the Paul Cornell-written Batman & Robin #17 and Scott Snyder's debut on Detective Comics #871, plus Batman Beyond #6 marks the end of that miniseries (fear not, the ongoing starts in January).

Plus, BOOM! Studios unveils the latest offering in their Stan Lee line with The Traveler #1, Dynamite relaunches a horror icon with Vampirella #1, and Image premieres a new volume of Firebreather, just in time for the TV movie airing on Cartoon Network.

The Best Shots team has their early take on the latter three comics here, but, as usual, we want to hear from you. So if you can grab your stack before heading home for the holiday, get on Twitter (Don't forget to follow us!), and let the world know your 140-character-or-less thoughts on this week's books. Just add the hashtag:

and it'll go into our stream right here! So share your thoughts, spread the word, and let's talk comics!
