NEW COMICS DAY Twitterama - YOU Review!

Midterm elections are now, and whether you're excited, disappointed or indifferent at the results, one thing remains constant: New Comic Book Day. If you're looking to get a glimpse of what's new in stores this week, check out our previews, including an exclusive look at The Boys #48 from Dynamite Entertainment.

Of course, the irrepresible J. Caleb Mozzocco has his colorful (literally) take on this week's comics on Blog@Newsarama's weekly ‘Twas the Night Before Wednesday… column, this time around looking at Iron Man/Thor #1, among other releases.

The Walking Dead got all of the headlines last week, but one of Robert Kirkman's other Image Comics creations reached a milestone this week, with Invincible #75 hitting the stands, complete with Science Dog back-up feature by the original Invincible team of Kirkman and Cory Walker.

Mainstream news may have already spoiled the last scene of Batman and Robin #16 for you (don't click on that link if you're avoiding spoilers), but it's still the highest-profile DC Comics release of the week. The publisher's also offering Superboy #1, written by Jeff Lemire (plus Sweet Tooth #15, also from Lemire).

Over at Marvel, they're releasing the last comic of the three-year-long "Brand New Day" era, Amazing Spider-Man #647, along with a handful of #1s, including Punisher: In The Blood #1, Generation Hope #1 and Warriors Three #1.

Dark Horse has Buffy the Vampire Slayer #38, BOOM! Studios has Irredeemable #19, and the Best Shots crew already reviewed a couple of books from this week here, but, yep, you guessed it, we're looking for your reviews. You know what to do: after grabbing your haul, get on Twitter (Don't forget to follow us!), and let the world know your 140-character-or-less thoughts on this week's books. Just add the hashtag:

and it'll go into our stream right here! So share your thoughts, spread the word, and let's talk comics!
