Ramon Perez will be replacing Ben Oliver as artist on the postponed Giant-Size X-Men: Magneto one-shot, according to writer/'Head of X' Jonathan Hickman. Oliver had some personal issues come up, according to Hickman, leading to the one-shot's rescheduling - and now a new artist being brought in.

"Oh, on the artist front I should point out that you may have noticed that we swapped the order of Giant-Size X-Men: Magneto and Giant-Size X-Men: Nightcrawler. The reason for that is because Ben Oliver had some stuff come up and couldn’t do the book," Hickman told Adventures in Poor Taste. "So because Alan [Davis, Nightcrawler artist] was so far ahead, we swapped them and I’m happy to say that Ramon Perez is going to do the Magneto one now."

Perez is best known for BOOM! Studios' A Tale of Sand, and has worked on several X-related projects including Uncanny X-Force and Wolverine & the X-Men.

"So Ramon comes off the list of awesome people I’ll haven’t worked with yet and, unfortunately, Ben goes back on."

Giant-Size X-Men: Magneto is due out April 29.
