Friday is Valentine's Day, and DC Universe is giving you the chance to send a creepy-themed Valentine to your loved ones ... if you or more imporantly your romantic partner are into that kind of thing.

DC has adapted nine pieces of art from classic DC horror and horror-themed superhero comic books for use as Valentine's cards. Three of these cards are debuting here with Newsarama, to be available soon (along with the six others) on DCUniverse.com for members and non-members alike.

The comic books the images are taken from are also all available to read on the DC Universe service. They include: Action Comics #71, Harley Quinn #3 (2013), Harley Quinn Valentine's Day Special #1, Mysteries of Love in Space #1, Teen Titans Go! #4 (2003), Batman Adventures: Mad Love #1, and Young Romance: A New 52 Valentine's Day Special #1.

DC is also encouraging readers to consider a DC Universe subscription as a gift for your loved ones this Valentine's Day.
