The classic French comic series Asterix is once again bound for North America, as Papercutz have picked up the reprint rights, as reported by the New York Times.

The publisher plans to translate and reprint all 38 volumes of the core Asterix series, beginning with two omnibuses in May that will collect the first six original European volumes. Alongside with that, Papercutz will publish the most recent volume - Asterix Volume 38: The Chieftain's Daughter - which was released in France in October.
