The story of Insomniac's Spider-Man game continues in the pages of Marvel Comics in 2020 with a new Black Cat-centric title.

Announced during Marvel's "Spider-Man Spectacular: A This Week In Marvel Special Event" panel at New York Comic Con, Marvel's Spider-Man: The Black Cat Strikes is the latest in a growing line of Marvel game-based titles published under the "Gameverse" umbrella. Writer Dennis "Hopeless" Hallum and artist Luca "Maresca" are doing this as a sequel to Velocity, City at War, and of course the original PlayStation 4 game.
