Actor Simone Missick played Misty Knight on Netflix's Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Defenders series. When those shows were canceled, her role was truncated - as were here ambitions to team up with some big screen Avengers.

Specifically, Missick wanted to none other than Tony Stark to outfit her with a new bionic limb, and an adventure alongside Sam Wilson/Captain America, a la recent comic books.

“I would have loved to see her get knighted with a bomb bionic gold arm Tony Stark made," Missick told Decider. "I would have wanted Tony to come down himself and give it to me. And then I would have loved to see her hanging out with Sam Wilson as Captain America. Do you know what I mean? With a big full-on fro, no longer on the police force. And then on the weekends running things with Colleen Wing as Daughters of the Dragon.”

Prior to the cancelation of Netflix's Marvel shows, Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb hinted at a potential Daughters of the Dragon spin-off show starring Misty Knight and Colleen Wing, who did team up in Iron Fist season 2, saying in 2018 that it was a "regular thought."

“There was so much potential for that character and that storyline," Missick said, summing up her experience. "It’s hard to see it end the way that it did.”

Speaking of which - fans of Misty Knight will be able to bid on the TV prop of her bionic arm in an upcoming online auction of costumes from Netlflix's Marvel series (pictured here). Bidding is estimated to be in the $10k-$12k range.
