The Richards family is moving into a new headquarters and a new series of one-shots starting with Fantastic Four: Yancy Street #1 in August.

Marvel describes the one-shots as a "special series" akin to the Web of Venom one-shots that previously tied into and supplemented the ongoing Venom title. Kicking things off is Yancy Street #1, a special that focuses on the FF's new neighbors reacting to their presence on Yancy Street.

Fantastic Four: Yancy Street #1 is written by Gerry Duggan with art from Greg Smallwood.

“Last fall, Greg Smallwood and I got to take a big swing at Dr. Strange in ‘The Best Defense’ and now we're re-teaming to scratch our Fantastic Four itches,” said Duggan in a statement. “We're exploring some of the ripples created by their move to Yancy Street, and some classic Jack & Stan villains are invited, too. It's an oversized love letter to Marvel's first family, just in time for Marvel's eightieth birthday.”

Fantastic Four: Yancy Street #1 is due out August 21, and is described as "the first in a series of regular essential releases."
