Updated July 2, 2019: ABC's Stumptown is now scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, September 25 at 10 p.m. Eastern time, according to TVByTheNumbers.

The series premiere will air against the live season finale of CBS' Big Brother, NBC's Chicago P.D. season premiere, and the new Fox series Not Just Me.

Original Story from May 14, 2019: Stumptown is scheduled to air Wednesdays at 10 p.m. Eastern/Pacific beginning this fall on ABC, although an execact premiere date has not been announced.

The timeslot is currently occupied by the long-gameshow Match Game.

"Stumptown follows Dex Parios (Cobie Smulders) – a strong, assertive and sharp-witted army veteran with a complicated love life, gambling debt and a brother to take care of in Portland, Oregon," reads ABC's description of the show. "Her military intelligence skills make her a great PI, but her unapologetic style puts her in the firing line of hardcore criminals and not quite in alliance with the police."

Based on the Oni Press series by Greg Rucka and Matthew Southworth, Stumptown co-stars Tantoo Cardinal, Cole Sibus, Adrian Martinez, Camryn Manheim, and Michael Ealy.
