Diamond's Previews has named two previously classified Marvel $1.00 True Believers reprint titles for April, just ahead of Avengers: Endgame. First solicited in January as "Classified A" and "Classified B" along with eight other reprints that were identified, the two secret titles have been revealed as Avengers Forever #1 and Rocket Raccoon #1.

While the reprint of Rocket Raccoon #1 seems straightforward enough (Rocket's the last Guardian standing alongside the Avengers), the inclusion of Avengers Forever #1 is particularly interesting, as the story focuses on time travel - something expected to be central to the plot of Avengers: Endgame.

While the True Believer choices are sometimes very broadly related to the film they're released in conjunction with, Avengers Forever isn't just about time travel - it's about assembling a team of Avengers from different eras. Given Marvel's recent penchant for de-aging actors and a new trailer that calls back to moments throughout MCU history, the potential implications for a Forever-like climax to Endgame are, well, timely.

(And of course, we've posited a similar idea before...)

The Rocket Raccoon reprint is the first issue of his first 1985 limited series written by his creator Bill Mantlo and penciled by Mike Mignola. The series is described on its Wiki page in trippy fashion as "Rocket and his anthropomorphic allies fought killer clowns with lethal juggling balls and deadly unicycles and who spoke in a stilted language full of alliteration and rhyme."

Whether that offers a clue as to its inclusion as one of the ten reprints remains to be seen. But the individual callout is interesting considering how large an ensemble Endgame has. Could this be foreshadowing to a character making an ultimate sacrifice?

Both True Believers reprints are due out April 24 - two days before Avengers: Endgame's April 26 theatrical release.
