Arrow showrunner/executive producer Beth Schwartz has signed a multi-year overall deal with Warner Bros. Television, according to Deadline. This deal would include Arrow, but also reach beyond that as the show is scheduled to end this winter.
"Love and congrats to one of the best in the business as a person and a showrunner," Arrow-verse supervising producer Greg Berlanti tweeted about Schwartz's deal.
Schwartz has worked on Arrow since its first season, moving up from writer's assistant to writer, executive story editor, co-executive producer, and then showrunner in 2018. She has additionally wrote and consulted on DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
Arrow's eighth (and final) season is scheduled to air this fall.
