DC Universe's Young Justice: Outsiders animated series season premiere has introduced the character Hardware, according to the official twitter account of Hardware's late co-creator Dwayne McDuffie.
Hardware's not the first Milestone character to appear in Young Justice, previous seasons of which featured Icon & Rocket as well as Static Shock. But his presence in the show demonstrates that the Milestone characters are still on DC's radar to some degree.
However, the last news regarding the future of the Milestone line came in July 2018, when creator Kyle Baker tweeted that he was working on a Static Shock series to debut in October 2018, before deleting the tweet with no comment when DC's October solicits (and for that matter none of the solicits since) featured any Milestone titles.
Prior to that, DC Co-Publisher Jim Lee said in October 2017 that the publisher's 2018 slate included "big plans" for Milestone, including four announced titles - but there's been no official update since.
Still, the presence of Hardware in the premiere of Young Justice: Outsiders, now available on the DC Universe streaming service, shows that the characters on DC's mind - and available for use in some contexts.
