WINTER SOLDIER Ongoing Falls Back to Limited Series

The new Winter Soldier title debuting December 5 will once again be a five-issue limited series. The book was originally announced in September this way, but the January 2019 solicitations listed it as converting to an ongoing.

Marvel has now addressed that with retailers, saying that “Winter Soldier #1 - #2 have been previously solicited as an ongoing series but the series is now a 5 issue mini-series.”

The publisher did not give a reason for the changes.
