Mad Men's James Wolk has been cast in a "major recurring role" on HBO's Watchmen, according to Deadline. The one-time Bob Benson will reportedly play an as-yet-unnamed junior senator from Oklahoma.

If this casting is accurate, Wolk joins as stacked cast which includes Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Don Johnson, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., and Yahya-Abdul Mateen II.

In addition to his work on Mad Men, Wolk currently stars in the CBS All Access series Tell Me A Story.

Watchmen is slated to debut in 2019 on HBO.
