Does an AVENGERS 4 Toy Reveal Details About the Plot?

A picture of a purported Avengers 4 action figure seems to show Thor and Rocket (and just a snippet of Captain America) wearing matching white, red and black uniforms with the Avengers "A" emblazoned on them.

The unauthenticated image, originally posted on Reddit, also shows a copy on the package, which details an "even greater threat" than that posed by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War.

Interestingly (maybe), the costumes shown in the image bear some resemblance to the Quantum Realm suit worn by Hank Pym in Ant-Man and the Wasp - as well as to a uniform worn in comic books by Gamora of the Guardians of the Galaxy for some time.

It's unclear what these uniforms - again, if actually authentic, and worn in the film - may say about the plot of Avengers 4. The visual similarity to Pym's Quantum Realm uniform may hint that Ant-Man's bread-and-butter may indeed be essential to the film's story, as Newsarama has previously speculated .

The image also may raise  questions regarding what could pose a greater threat to reality than Thanos. Perhaps with the Eternals in the works, their progenitors the Celestials will finally arrive in the MCU outside of flashbacks and Easter eggs.

The still untitled Avengers 4 is due out in theaters May 3, 2019.
