The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco has signed on to voice Harley Quinn in the upcoming Harley Quinn animated series to stream on DC Universe.
“It’s got comedy, violence and unlike that Deadpool show, it’s actually coming out!" said a narrator for a teaser shown at New York Comic Con, referring to the cancelled FX series.
Additional voice actors include Ron Funches, Jason Alexander, Lake Bell, and Christopher Meloni. Their roles were not announced, but Poison Ivy and Clayface were featured prominently in the Amanda Conner art released to announce the series.
Described as an "adult action-comedy," Harley Quinn is being developed by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey.
Harley Quinn is announced to debut in 2019 on DC Universe.
