AMY CHU Receives 2018 KOREA IMAGE AWARD

Amy Chu has been honored with the 2018 Korea Image Award from the Corea Image Communication Institute. Chu received the award during a ceremony Wednesday evening at the Ninth Cultural Communications Forum in Seoul, South Korea.

The United States' Ambassador to South Korea Harry B. Harris Jr. tweeted out a picture of himself and Chu at the event.

CICI's Korea Image Award honors individuals who spread a positive image of Korea on the global stage. Previous winners of the Korea Image Award include the singer Psy, former United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, and golfer Pak Se-Ri.

Chu currently writes Summit (Lion Forge), Red Sonja (Dynamite), and Green Hornet (Dynamite), and previously wrote DC's Poison Ivy: Cycle of Life and Death.
