The End of the F***king World has been renewed for a second season, according to Deadline. The show is based on the Charles Forsman graphic novel of the same name self-published and later picked up by Fantagraphics, and is a co-production of Channel 4, Netflix, and Dominic Buchanan Productions.
"Lurching between black and joyous, The End of The F***ing World was one of the most original and beguiling pieces of drama to emerge from Britain in years," said Channel 4's Director of Programmes Ian Katz. "I’m so proud that Channel 4 brought it to the screen and beyond excited that [showrnner Charlie Covell] and the brilliant team at Clerkenwell are giving us a second helping."
"I’m completely thrilled that we’re going again and I’m delighted to be back working with such a great team," said Covell.
No release date for this second season has been announced.
