The United States Justice Department is appealing its loss of an antitrust lawsuit levied against the planned AT&T and Time Warner merger, according to Variety.

“Notice is hereby given that the United States of America, plaintiff in the above named case, hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from the final judgment entered in this action on June 12, 2018,” reads the appeal.

Back in June 2018, federal judge Richard Leon dismissed the DOJ's antirust lawsuit and appoved the $85 billion merger.
