Dan Panosian and Andrew Robinson have contributed variant covers to June 13's The Weatherman #1.

Robinson's is a con-exclusive that book creators Jody LeHeup and Nathan Fox will be hand-selling at cons, while the Panosian variant was commissioned by Jen King at Space Cadet Collection in Oak Rdige North, Texas as a store exclusive. This cover benefits the Book Industry Charitable Foundation (BINC), which offered relief to her store following Hurricane Harvey.

"...The Weatherman takes place far in the future after Earth’s population has been wiped out by the worst terrorist attack in history," explained LeHeup in an earlier Newsarama interview. "What’s left of humanity is now living on terraformed Mars which is like a kind of sister planet to Earth. And all those people are overcome with grief, pissed off because the assholes that did it are still out there, and they’re terrified that another attack is imminent. So there’s a lot of impending doom that permeates Martian society at the start of our story.
