Deadpool creators Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza are joining in on the Deadpool 2 hype by taking part in their own, seperate fan screenings.

“I can’t wait for everyone to experience all my creations up on the screen together for the first time! The first movie was big, but this is even bigger! Ryan, Zazie and Josh embody Deadpool, Domino and Cable so perfectly," said Liefeld.

Nicieza's screening is scheduled to take place Friday, May 18 at 10:00am PST at Ontario, California's Intario Theater. The event is being organized by Comic Con Revolution, with Nicieza participating in a fan Q&A before the film. Tickets are available here.

“The only thing better than spending the day that Deadpool 2 opens with a theater full of Deadpool fans is eating chimichangas for lunch with some of those fans after the film,” said Nicieza. “And I’m excited to spend the film’s entire opening weekend at Comic Con Revolution, meeting fans and checking out all the Deadpool cosplay.”

Liefeld will be leading his own screenings later than weekend, with a "special Deadpool Day X- Force X-Travaganza" to cap it off. The screenings will take place May 17 and 18 in Orange County, California - with times and locations to be announced on Liefeld's website.

The X-Travaganza on May 19 will take place at Frank and Sons in City of Industry, California. This free event will include Liefeld and other non-specified comic creators, along with sales on orignial art, comic books, and collectibles.

“What better way to see it experience it than seeing it with the man who created them all and then continuing the celebration at an exclusive FREE event!”
