New WONDER WOMAN & SUPERMAN VR Tower Ride Opens at SIX FLAGS CALIFORNIA

A new Superman and Wonder Woman virtual reality/drop tower ride has opened at Six Flags Magic Mountain in California. DC Super Hero Drop of Doom VR gives riders a VR headset to wear while on the drop tower ride, giving them a view of Superman and Wonder Woman fighting Lex Luthor.

“As the world leader in ride innovation, Six Flags is taking virtual reality to the next level by leveraging the unique thrill of one of the world’s tallest drop towers and adding an epic virtual battle of good versus evil,” says Neal Thurman, president, Six Flags Magic Mountain. “Combining the most iconic DC Super Heroes, Wonder Woman and Superman, with state-of-the-art technology, DC Super Heroes Drop of Doom VR delivers an awe-inspiring new thrill for spring 2018.”

DC Super Hero Drop of Doom VR drops riders 400 feet, at speeds up to 85 m.p.h.
