Valiant Entertainment's Vice President of Marketing & Communications Hunter Gorinson is leaving the company.
"It's been an honor to contribute to Valiant’s rebirth and help build one of the most talented teams in comics today," Gorinson tweeted, confirming an earlier report by Bleeding Cool. "From our amazing staff to our incredible creators, working alongside my friends and colleagues at Valiant has been among the most rewarding experiences of my life."
Gorinson's exit comes just over one month since Valiant's minority owner DMG Entertainment fully acquired the company, resulting in the resignation of Chairman Peter Cuneo, CEO/CCO Dinesh Shamdasani, and CCO Gavin Cuneo.
Gorinson was part of the original management team which relaunched Valiant in 2011, and was promoted to his executive position in 2016. Gorinson previously worked at Showtime as a Digital Media Producer, and interned in Marvel Comics' Sales & Communication department.
Sources indicate that Victoria McNally will continue as Valiant's Marketing & Communications Manager.
