Christopher E. Long and Ryan Winn's 2007 Image Comics series Hiding In Time has been optioned by MGM Television for development as a live-action TV series, according to Deadline.
"In the near future, the Witness Protection Program will relocate people throughout time to ensure their safety. But when hired assassins begin finding and killing them, Nathan Crew – a simple technician in the now-defunct Time Portal Division of the WPP – is forced to travel back in time to try and stop the atrocities!" reads Image's description of the series, which was published under Jim Valentino's Shadowline imprint.
MGM Television has reportedly lined up Richard Smith to adapt the series, with Long, Whalerock Industries' Lloyd Braun, and MGM TV's own Andrew Mittman as executive producers. Archetype's David Server and Ray Miller are listed as producers as well.
Although never collected, Hiding In Time has attracted film industry interest before with a Warner Bros. film option in 2008.
