Dope director Rick Famuyiwa has signed on to direct a film adaptation of Charles Burns' Black Hole For Plan B and New Regency, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Black Hole tells the story of a group of teenagers who are mutated after contracting a strange sexually transmitted disease. A film adaptation has been in the works since 2005.
Famuyiwa was previously signed on to direct DC's Flash film (now titled Flashpoint), but left the project due to creative differences.
Black Hole does not yet have a release date.
