New details of developer Jam City's upcoming immersive mobile game Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery have been released (via Variety) - including some of the Hogwarts personalities you can expect to encounter, and how players will interact with the school itself.
In Hogwarts Mystery, players take the role of a new Hogwarts student enrolling in the 80s. Students will be able to select their Hogwarts sorting house, and participate in classes and challenges to unlock new areas of Hogwarts and new aspects of gameplay.
Hogwarts Mystery is set in the 80s, so you won't meet Harry, Hermione, or Ron, but you'll attend classes alongside famous Hogwarts alumni such as Nymphadora Tonks and Bill Weasley. And of course, iconic instructors such as Snape, Dumbledore, and McGonagall. As players progress through their Hogwarts career, their decisions and skills will also determine how the other students and teachers interact with them.
