Veteran DC artist Scott McDaniel is replacing Howard Porter on December's The Flash #37, as learned from a notice sent out to retailers by DC Comics. McDaniel, along with inker Mick Gray, will be drawing the second part of the planned "A Cold Day In Hell" arc centering on Captain Cold and the Rogues.
This will be McDaniel's first work for DC in over a year, after stepping aside to work on the creator-owned I.T.: The Secret World of Modern Banking series for Blackbo Comics.
No reason has been given for the The Flash change, but Porter remains solicited to do a variant cover for that issue as well as drawing January's The Flash #38.
