Warner Bros.'s Justice League is now projected for a $325 million to $355 million worldwide debut this weekend, according to Deadline. That is broken down to $110-120m domestically and $215-235m internationally. Those estimates put it ahead of the recent Thor: Ragnarok stateside but down from initial projections.
The Zack Snyder/Joss Whedon-directed film is slated to open in 4,040 locations in North America, with international debuts in China, the United Kingdom, Korea, and Russia.
That $325-355m figure would put it second compared to the previous DC Extended Universe films, after Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice ($422.5m). The other opening weekends were Suicide Squad ($267m), Wonder Woman ($228.3m), and Man of Steel ($202m).
Justic League opens in North America Thursday evening, November 16. Some territories will debut the film later in the month, including Japan (November 23), Pakistan (November 24), and Lebanon (November 30).
