CBS has plans to revive the seminal sci-fi/horror series The Twilight Zone to appear on CBS All Access, alongside fellow classic CBS TV revival Star Trek: Discovery.
“All Access will be the home of a new version of one of the most iconic television shows of all time – The Twilight Zone,” said CBS CEO Leslie Moonves during a conference call with investors Thursday (via Variety).
Variety also reports that Get Out director Jordan Peele is in talks to executive produce the series. A previous version of the reboot involved producers Bryan Singer and Simon Kinberg, with the pair vacating the project when Kinberg took on directing duties for X-Men: Dark Phoenix.
No timeline for the new Twilight Zone was reported.
