DC Comics' Aztek will be returning in December's Justice League of America #21. The news was announced by series writer Steve Orlando during Sunday's "DC Universe" panel at New York Comic Con.
Originally created by Grant Morrison and Mark Millar back in 1996 for a short-lived solo series, Aztek was later incorporated into Morrision's JLA run - culminating in his death in 2000's JLA #41. The character last resurfaced for a brief appearance in 2008's Countdown #3.
Here is the solicitation for December 27's Justice League of America, which mentions Vanity - which Aztek was based out of.
