Supergirl executive producer Greg Berlanti and Arrow executive producer Wendy Miracole will produce a female-led reboot of 70s TV show Kung Fu, according to Deadline. The Kung Fu reboot has reportedly earned a "put pilot" agreement on Fox.
Kung Fu aired for 63 episodes in the mid 70s, and starred David Carradine as Kwai Chang Caine, a wandering martial artist. The show was co-created by Bruce Lee. Carradine reprised his role in a revival of the show produced in the 90s.
The rebooted series is said to focus on Lucy Chang, a Buddhist monk and kung fu master, and is reportedly set in the 1950s in America.
