October 25's Blue Beetle #14 was intended to be the debut of the new creative team - writer Christopher Sebela and artist Thony Silas - but that has now changde. The title's previous series artist Scott Kolins is now sticking around, slotted in to draw that issue.
No reason was given by DC Comics in the retailer newsletter announcing this change. Silas remains solicited for November's Blue Beetle #15.
