A thrill ride based on DC's Cyborg is scheduled to open in late spring 2018 at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey. Cyborg Cyber Spin is patterned after the movements of a gyroscope, and will give riders "an unrelenting and intense anti-gravity experience as it whirls guests on three axes high above the ground."

Cyborg Cyber Spin is planned to take riders as high as 70 feet in the air in over-the-shoulder harnesses grouped at 24 per vehicle. The attraction is planned to in the Metropolis section of Six Flags Great Adventure, adjacent to Justice League: Battle for Metropolis.

“Six Flags leads the industry in thrill ride innovation; it is part of our DNA,” said Neal Thurman, Six Flag's Park President. ”Six Flags Great Adventure is home to an unparalleled collection of record-breaking attractions and we are excited to be adding Cyborg Cyber Spin, the first of its kind in North America. Like the Super Hero Cyborg of the Justice League, this futuristic, hi-tech ride will be unlike anything our guests have ever seen or experienced before and it is the perfect new thrill ride to expand our new Metropolis section.”

Cyborg was originally created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez back in 1980 for DC Comics Presents #26, and went on to be an integral part of both the Teen Titans and the Justice League.
