Courtney Ford has been cast as Eleanor Darhk for DC's Legends of Tomorrow on the CW, according to Entertainment Weekly. Ford is reportedly scheduled to debut in the fifth episode of the upcoming third season.
"[Eleanor] is smart and cunning with a charming dose of otherworldly creepiness - think Wednesday Addams all grown up," said EW. "Her innocent looks can be disarming, but it’s all an act. This woman is dangerous with an uncanny ability to manipulate others, and is able to tell people exactly what they want to hear. She’s highly intelligent and is always several moves ahead. Her unique dark talents all stem from the fact that she is Damien Darhk’s daughter."
The Hollywood trade goes on to say that Brandon Routh's the Atom will have "an unexpainable attraction to Eleanor, despite her evil ways." In real life, Routh is Ford's husband.
Ford is currently co-starring in the CW's Supernatural, and previously had roles on True Blood, Revenge, and Parenthood. The actor also appeared in the short-lived Fox The Human Target series.
Tuesday Hoffman previously played a child daughter, Nora, of Damien Darhk and his late wife Ruve Adams
