Original Story: Three covers to October Dark Nights: Metal books have been released by DC.
Greg Capullo's Dark Nights: Metal #3 cover features a sinister version of Batman towering over the fallen bodies of his fellow Justice Leaguers, and while at first guess it might be one of the seven evil Batmen of the Dark Multiverse or Barbatos himself, the lack of Batman among the fallen infers that that's the DCU mainstay Dark Knight.
Pencils to a variant cover to that issue by Andy Kubert spotlights a similiarly menacing version of Batman
And the Drowned is on full display in Jason Fabok's Batman: The Drowned #1 cover.
