Ron Howard, director of the still untitled Han Solo Star Wars anthology film, has tweeted an image of the distinct helmet of the Death Star Trooper that have appeared in other Star Wars media. Along with the photo, he included the phrase "The Empire looms large," possibly indicating that the Death Star, the largest weapon the Empire has, will factor into the film.

The Death Star and similar battlestations have been central to the plot of several Star Wars films, including A New Hope, Return of the Jedi, The Force Awakens, and Rogue One.
In Star Wars continuity, the original Death Star was under construction when Han Solo was a child and took, in total, almost 20 years to complete.
Howard took over Han Solo directing duties on the film in June after creative differences led to the dismissal of previous directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.
The untitled Han Solo film is due out in theaters May 25, 2018.
