Updated August 15, 2017: The October 18, 2017 home video release date for Spider-Man: Homecoming has been pulled from JB Hi-Fi's listing, with a source close the company telling Newsarama the date was unconfirmed.

Original Story: A listing for the home video release of Spider-Man: Homecoming has popped up on Australian electronics retailer JB Hi-Fi. Although the images and details are unconfirmed by Sony Pictures or Marvel Studios, it lists a release date of October 18, 2017.

In addition to that, JB Hi-Fi's Spider-Man: Homecoming also lists a number of special features including 10 deleted scenes. Those are: "A Film by Peter Parker (Director's Cut)," "Cafeteria," "Return from ATM," "Triskelion Cleanup," "Anxious Toomes," "Go It Alone," "Happy Calls His Mom," "Midtown News Final Segment," "Mr. Harrington Lessons in Love," and "Aaron Still Stuck."

There are nine featurettes listed, as well as a customary gag reel, an unspecified comic book, and a sneak peek at PlayStation 4's Spider-Man.

Also, those who apparently order this from JB Hi-Fi can get a limited edition home video/mask combo. Take a look at this video:
