Recently-ousted Han Solo directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller could land next in some familiar territory - directing Warner Bros.'s The Flash, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
In April 2015, Warner Bros. hired the duo to write the planned The Flash film. At that time, Warner Bros. reportedly offered them the director's gig as well, but they declined due to other commitments. Since then, two other directors - Seth Grahame-Smith and Rick Famuyiwa - came and went from the project, with the latest reports indicating that Robert Zemeckis and Matthew Vaughn were on the studio's shortlist.
The Flash was once scheduled to debut in theaters March 26, 2018 but doesn’t seem close to going into production.
