Marvel Entertainment's Sales & Communications Administrator Chris D'Lando is no longer with the publisher as of this week. D'Lando confirmed his departure from the company Tuesday morning in a series of tweets.
"As some of you may have noticed, I’m no longer with Marvel as of 5/1. I have valued my time there immensely, and am so grateful for the opportunity I was given, but I needed to make a change," tweeted D'Lando. "I’ve had the chance to work with some of the best creators in the business some of the hardest working behind-the-scenes people as well as great folks outside the company - all of whom I look upon fondly. I’m now ready to move on to the next great opportunity and possibly try some new things (so keep me in mind!), both within comics and beyond. I’ll always be a Marvel kid at heart and oh what a ride it has been. Don’t be strangers."
D'Lando joined the publisher in September 2013 as the Junior Sales & Communications Administrator, and in January 2017 was promoted to full Sales & Communications Administrator. D'Lando worked under Marvel's Senior Vice-President of Print, Sales & Marketing, David Gabriel.
