Dark Horse's adaptation of Neil Gaiman's prose novel American Gods debuts next week with American Gods: Shadow #1, and Newsarama has the first look at the June 2017 solicitation for its fourth issue. Zorya Polunochnaya, the third Midnight Sister, debuts in this issue, and David Mack spoke about the debut of her on the variant cover.

"For Zorya Polunochnaya I wanted the cover to crystalize the moment that she physically implies grasping the moon in her fingers as a kind of coin trick right before she gives it to Shadow in the form of a silver dollar. With this Zorya as the midnight star, I collaged the starry night sky around her. I imagined her lit in moonlight."

The live-action series is scheduled to debut April 30 on Starz.

Here is the solicitation for June's American Gods: Shadow #4.
