Transgender Cartoonists Sought For WE'RE STILL HERE

Stack Deck Press is soliciting submissions for a planned comic book anthology by transgender cartoonists titled We're Still Here. Editors Tara Avery and Jeanne Thornton have already recruited Annie Mok, Christianne Benedict, and others, but are looking for more submissions.

"We’re hoping to include a whole bunch of contributions by as-yet-unknown trans cartoonists, as well as to promote wider awareness of those already working at a relatively high professional level," Thornton tells Newsarama. "I think this is a significant project for indie comics, and for comics in general."
