DC Comics has announced a new Batman '66 Meets Wonder Woman '77 miniseries debut in November digitally, with a print release in January. At New York Comic Con's "Wonder Woman 75" panel, Wonder Woman '77 writer Marc Andreyko said that he and Batman '66 writer Jeff Parker would be working on the six-issue series together. Alex Ross and Mike Allred are scheduled to provide covers, with David Hahn and Karl Kesel doing interior art.
“You have to be able to look at it and hear Adam West’s voice coming out of Batman, and it does,” Parker told Variety. “When I read back over the proofs, I hear Lynda’s voice. It works.”
According to an article from Variety, the minseries will also feature Ra's Al Ghul and Catwoman.
The series will also jump through time, starting off in the 1940s with Wonder Woman, then jumping to the 1960s with Batman, and then finally the 1970s with Wonder Woman again.
