Thor: Ragnarok looks to be the next step towards Avengers: Infinity War, following Hulk and Thor, the two major Avengers not seen in Captain America: Civil War, on a cosmic adventure. But if a video shown at Comic-Con International: San Diego and a photo tweeted by Ragnarok director Taika Waititi are to be believed, there may be another connection to Infinity War in Ragnarok - Thanos himself.

First seen in a video showing Thor working on Earth in an office, this image, posted on Waititi's Instagram, suggests that Thor is not only aware of Thanos, but already actively opposing him. It could simply just be a comedic bit from the funny short, or it could be a purposeful Easter egg hinting at the plot of Thor: Ragnarok.
Thanos was last seen in the post-credits sequence of Avengers: Age of Ultron, donning the Infinity Gauntlet - the photo's "magic glove."
Thor: Ragnarok is scheduled for a November 3, 2017 theatrical release.
