Report: SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Adds NYPD BLUE & Disney XD Actresses
Sony Pictures' Spider-Man: Homecoming has added two more to its cast with the hiring of Garcelle Beauvais and Tiffany Espensen, according to Deadline. No character names or descriptions were given by the Hollywood trade, much like the previous reported castings for the film which recently began shooting in Georgia.
Garcelle Beauvais is known both as a host for Hollywood Today Live, as well as acting in shows such as The Jamie Foxx Show and NYPD Blue.
Tiffany Espensen comes with a Disney pedigree, as she stars in the current series Kirby Buckets on Disney XD.
The two actress are the latest in a spate of reported castings for Spider-Man: Homecoming, including Tyne Daly, Michael Mando, Hannibal Buress, relative newcomers Isabella Amara, Jorge Lendeborg, Jr., and J.J. Totah, along with recent additions Martin Starr, Marshall-Green, Donald Glover, Kenneth Choi, Zendaya, Tony Revolori, Laura Harrier, Michael Barbieri and of course Tom Holland as Peter Parker, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Keaton, and Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark.
Spider-Man: Homecoming is scheduled to be released July 7, 2017.
