Warner Bros.'s Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice has come and gone, but there are still several unanswered questions from the movie - and the studio might have tipped their hand with the answer to one of them. On Thursday, the movie's official Instagram acount posted the familiar image of Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne standing in front of the defaced Robin memorial. But there's something else going on.

No, there's no easter egg or clue in the image, but it's when the image was posted: April 27, 2016. As uber DC Comics' fans like this Reddit user noticed, in comic book lore April 27 is the day in 1985 that Jason Todd, the second Robin, was killed by the Joker in Batman: A Death In The Family.

Coincidence, or another memorial to a fallen hero? Time will tell.
