Ben Affleck wasn't just an actor while playing Batman on the set of Warner Bros.'s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, as he reputedly re-wrote some of the script according to Us Weekly. An unnamed "insider" tells the entertainment weekly that Affleck reworked some pieces of the script on-set, in his full Batman costume.
"[Affleck] would go into wardrobe and get all suited up for the day in his Batman suit, then he would sit around reworking the script," said Us Weekly's unnamed source. "Ben wasn’t thrilled with it and would find himself on multiple occasions fixing it the day of.”
The film's script was written by Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer. Terrio wrote the screenplay for Argo, which Affleck directed and starred in. Affleck has done screenwriting before, credited as a co-writer for Good Will Hunting, Gone Baby Gone and The Town.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to open in theaters March 25.
