Netflix has announced that Marvel Studios' Jessica Jones series has been greenlit for a second season. The news was announced at a Television Critics Association event by Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos.
“Marvel is thrilled to be working with Netflix for a second season of Marvel’s Jessica Jones,” said Jeph Loeb, Executive Producer and Marvel’s Head of Television. “The positive response to Jessica’s story from fans all over the world has been overwhelming and we look forward to diving even deeper into these characters and this world."
