William Shatner has announced plans to team up with LNL Partners to release a new line of "cinematic graphic novels," comic books that incorporate motion elements and limited animation, titled Shatner Singularity, reports Deadline. Shatner previously partnered with LNL Partners to release an adaptation of his novel Man 'o War.
In addition to releasing works by Shatner himself, Shatner Singularity will also reportedly publish a new graphic novel by Stan Lee in conjunction with Pow! Entertainment. Could this be the "secret project" Lee and Shatner were reported to be collaborating on earlier this month?
Further details will reportedly be revealed during a panel featuring both Lee and Shatner at a panel Sunday, November 1 at Stan Lee's Comikaze convention.
