YouTube fan-video creators PistolShrimps have mashed up Disney and Star Wars in a way the merger between the two companies probably never intended. CW Orders More iZOMBIE Season 2 Scripts

The Hollywood Reporter reports that CW has upped its script order for iZombie season 2 from 13 to 22 scripts. iZombie was picked up for a second season of 13 episodes, with an option to add 9 more for a full 22 episode order. While the increased number of scripts does not guarantee a 22 episode season, it reportedly improves the chances of an increased order.

iZombie showrunner Rob Thomas is banking on the added 9 episodes, telling THR "If we only get 13 episodes, we are going to be in big trouble. I'm structuring this season like we're doing 22. If we don't get a back-nine order and end up only doing 13, it will just feel like the water cut off midstream. So we're putting a little extra spice on that 13th episode and hoping for the best. If not ... well, let's just say the fans would not be happy where we leave off."

iZombie season 2 premieres October 6 on CW.
